10 minute mile is pretty bad kidd.. I do a 6 minute mile.. Lol
Not Really... I was just using that as an example. I do it faster, I was just using 10 minutes.. for the sake of saying a time...

Im 6ft2 190lbs..I can run 1 mile in as long as it take a cab to reach there. I can bench like 50lbs max, maybe 6 or 7 times.
