iight...so another words the cables running from my sound card to my monitors should be 2 ring (trs) cables... lol and i got one ring (ts) cables lol...
by the way... i jus got off the phone wit sweetwater... after playing phone tag wit the sales department and tech department... the dude finally tol me the tech departments bein lazy and to call in the mournin LOL! so im give em a ring in the mournin and the dude said they'll prolyl be able to get me a new speaker... but i dont think they even deal bx5 speakers anymore... i think there discontinued LOL?

if its under warranty youll be fine. dont sweat it. they can order gear if they need to trust me.
and yea... u should be using TRS cables but its not THAT big of a deal. just... next time you buy cables keep this in mind.

ok...so i called sweetwater..and there gonna let me send my mons back and get em fixed or watever... but he said i have to pay to ship them there and they'll pay to ship em back... ima have to pay another $60 bucks plus another $80 if they charge me for duty and taxes... these monitors are starting to get expensive... ive already spent like $300 dollars for them and i might have to spend another $140? i coulda got an actual decent pair by now...
should i try and get em to cover all shipping.... or just be happy there gonna do something, because i have had these for 6 months now?
i dunno what to do...?

its up to you. ur kinda fucked now. u might as well get them fixed instead of having broken monitors. its lose lose either way but whats better... $450 for $300 monitors or $300 for no monitors?
