Why are you trying to bypass the superior sound of your interface in the first place??

PS: that's not the adapter you need. Don't know why you thought it was. That makes your headphone plug smaller than it already is.

First of all, you need to stop using earbuds or whatever it is you're using that doesn't have a 1/4" headphone plug. Get a legitimate set of recording headphones. Even the cheapest pair will have the proper plug lol

Then you need to go to radioshack and get 2 RCA female to 1/4" TS male adapters so you can plug your speakers into your interface.

You don't use your stock soundcard when you have a recording interface. What's the point of the interface? The program isn't allowing you to do what you're trying to do because what you're doing is silly.

he has the Sony MDR v150 dj phones... they have the 1/8" on 'em... I got him all straightened out, sorry it went this far sir...

Those headphones come with a 1/4" adapter like all Sony studio headphones.
