RIA is more active than RB but its the same 15 or so people posting, same people posting in the lounge etc.

Dude... they are all spam. Look at my post in the other "buying RB" thread or this screenshot.. everyone viewing FL is a guest right now. The "guests" are all a spam factory in China. You can tell by the IP addresses.
