Lets start here, this year I've lost a couple of friends to street violence. It happens.

One of these friends was actually dating an ex gf from a few years ago, so he was friend by proxy. We kicked it, we rode together. Cool Guy. But Britney and I used to date. In May, he was shot down while on a family trip in Tennessee. She took it really hard and the last two months, I've actually considered kicking her off my newsfeed because of the sobbing ass 30 statuses a day. I liked a picture out of pity, and was surprised when she asked for my new number.

I gave it to her. We text a spell, she says she's drinking. I know from history what tequila does to her...anatomy. Well the conversation took a really hard turn and went sexual.. really fast. And she asked if I wanted to come and hangout, hot tub, some drinks, she'll cook me dinner.. and she attaches a photo or two. I thought it'd be a pic of a bottle, or the tub.. something like that. Wrong.



Here's my question... is this legal? Is this a fair ball? I feel like its kinda low, but .. she's kinda hot. You can't see her lower half, but she's you-wouldnt-believe-it-if-i-told-you thick. And I've been there before. Its not like I preyed on a crying chick at a bar. But is it kinda advantageous of me?
