that's not very much info you're giving us
what do you want the program to do? record vocals? get Audacity. its free and you can load beats on it and record vocals on a separate track, easy.

Insert Audio....from the top.. i would also suggest REAPER or Cool Edit... cool edit is great for beginners and editing in it is simple.. also u can get it off a torrent or grab a serial key online...
