JB is probably the strangest battler I've ever seen. I feel like, somewhere in Boston...this dude is like a lyrical God. But, to the west coast, east coast, south, and rest of the north(basically the world pretty much)...he's this average hit-or-miss type of guy. IDK. He's got a great work ethic, his concepts are ALWAYS fresh no matter what *turns head to Letterman and shakes*...and he never gives up -- I think, that's his greatest attribute: his work ethic. Chemist is another one of the new guys that has a great capacity for writing. Thing is, he's struggling with consistency as well. This could be the battle that pushes him up and gives him the momentum he needs to go to Contenders again -- and also the beginning of JB digging himself into a hole he can't get out of. I have no idea who will win honestly...

jb had a weird concept I wasn't familiar w/ n had to look up, but I got the wordplay. decent, good attempt but the concept is corny af

chem's came off as a desperate attempt at using a nintendo switch concept by throwing the word "switch" w/ blade n dubbing it a coherent line.. when really it was whack. u just threw the word in there

Chemist- u used a current event type bar too but u just did a switchblade wp, which i thought fell flat bro

JB has definitely cleaned up his wording, and how stretched his bars are... THAT'S the real current event... Cool concept, pretty good impact. Chem, I just wasn't feeling it... Didn't think it was a strong punch, like the conclusion etc... was just okay, I guess.

I thought JB bar was terrible... and chemist was too everywhere in the wording... good concept, bad delivery and wording... equally bad... but imam go with Chem for the concept here

hmm.. chem did have the better currant event concept overall.
but some thing about the way u executed the switch blade wp didnt transition well. it reads awkward
josephine, ur joint was a lil basic, but it read well, and came off as a better bar over all, despite chem having the beter concept.
idk who to vote for. both had things i liked and disliked.

vote josephine. i am judging this battle soley on execution

i didnt like either. jb's was wack to me, but was written with more clarity. chemist had some newer material to offer but was wack cause it was written with less quality. so i gotta go with who sounded better to me.
