I'd say bring up $pits case somewhere more official with evidence and let the current mods or some shit judge it. I'm not against the idea but I haven't researched it enough to make an opinion other than yeah Spit is a dope battler and he's here right now vs Smoka who's got a bad rep for being a bitch over the years but isn't here.
